PUBLIC NOTICE: FOUNDATION ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Foundation Academy Charter School, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, is requesting proposals for Professional Services as follows:

• Compensation Assessment & System Design (26-01)

Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available as of Monday, October 12, 2026. The RFP can be picked up at the Administrative Offices at the address listed below or on our website. Questions regarding each RFP can be directed to the attention of:

Proposals must be sealed and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary on or before the date and time indicated below. The submissions must be clearly marked with the name and number of the RFP on the outside of the envelope.

The proposal opening process will begin on the above advertised date and time at the above-mentioned location. Proposals may also be submitted to the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary or his designee at the opening meeting, prior to the advertised date and time. On the advertised date and time, the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary shall publicly receive and open all proposals. No proposal shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement.

Foundation Academy Charter School does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of proposals.

All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.

Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Foundation Academy Charter School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the school district and the Board reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the school district. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the Board may choose consultants that best meet the Board’s needs. It is the Board's intent that no statutory, regulatory, or common law bidding requirement apply to this Request for Proposals. The Board of Trustees intends to award this contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18-5.
