On June 30, 2025, S-4654 was signed into law, amending the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Effective March 1, 2026, public entities are required to publish their legal notices directly on their official website rather than in newspapers.

AGENDA SUMMARY: Board Retreat and Regular Business. Formal Action will be taken. The Board may enter Executive Session per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b. A public comment period will be provided.
