FA + NJDVRS = A first-in-state model for Pre-ETS
We're pioneering an innovative approach by embedding Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) directly into the school day.
This groundbreaking partnership with the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NJDVRS) creates seamless access to critical workforce development opportunities for exceptional learners.
Our comprehensive program addresses all five Pre-ETS areas:
- Job exploration counseling 
- Work-based learning experiences 
- Counseling on postsecondary education 
- Workplace readiness training 
- Instruction in self-advocacy
